The technician assigned to you will try his best to teach you how to use some basic apps, but there are some third-party apps about which the technicians sometimes aren’t knowledgeable about. Get in touch with our technicians if you have any specific app in mind which you don’t know how to use. We might be able to help you figure it out.
If the issue is software related then our technicians will be happy to help you. Although if the issue is regarding the hardware then we might not be the right support you need. We currently don’t offer hardware repair services for mobile devices.
